Open the Run Window either from Start > Run or by pressing the Start+R key of your Keyboard

In the Run Windows type this command: regedit

Click OK or press Enter

Now you will See a White color window naming Registry Editor

************Now Read this Carefully before Attempting************

Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder in the Registry Editor

Now navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Now Delete This Folder:

{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Now Restart your Windows…

You have successfully Deleted your Recycle Bin…

WARNING: Before Deleting this folder make a Backup of this Folder and the Registry File(s) inside that Folder because after deleting this Folder you will not be able to regain the Recycle Bin
